New Boarding Hours and Pricing
We are pleased to announce that effective Monday, September 15, 2008 we will be making improvements to the way we operate the boarding phase of our business. The current hours available to customers who are boarding pets with us is:
- Monday through Friday 7am - 6pm (closed 6pm - 8pm)
- Monday through Friday 8pm - 9pm (for late drop-off/pick-up)
- Saturday and Sunday 7:30am - 9:30am OR 6:30pm - 8:30pm
In the future, you will be able to drop-off or pick-up your pet(s) from 8am - 8pm seven days a week for boarding. A late pick-up fee of $8/each will be assessed for pets picked up after 1pm any day of the week. Please note this change does not affect day care hours.
The current pricing structure is:
- $22 per night for one dog PLUS $8 daily for day care = $30/night
- $18/each per night for 2+ dogs PLUS $8/each daily for day care = $52/for two, $78/for 3, etc.
- The late pick-up fee is 1/2 price of the overnight stay per each dog
In the future, pricing will be one rate that includes day care for all dogs seven days a week. Even if your dog does not typically play with others, he/she will still be out all day, getting some one on one attention, and will be crated or put up alone only to sleep at night.
New rates will be:
- $28 per night for one dog (includes day care seven days a week)
- $22/each per night for two dogs (includes day care seven days a week)
- $19/each per night for 3+ dogs (includes day care seven days a week)
- $8/each for late pick-up after 1pm seven days a week
The discount structure will remain the same:
- 10% discount for 7+ nights
- 15% discount for 14+ nights
- 20% discount for 21+ nights
- Other discounts available on a case by case basis
We hope you agree that going to a single pricing structure, having simplified hours for drop-offs and pick-ups, and having day care available seven days a week (for boarded pets) will work together to make boarding with us an even easier process. Additionally, by being fully staffed on the weekends, your pet can have a bath just prior to going home, so that he’s clean and fluffy when you arrive. If you have any questions, we are here to help.

Job Description: Interact with customers to handle dog drop offs and pickups, groom and bathe dogs.
Qualifications: In grooming school or some experience required.

BOARDING
We are a small facility and we limit our boarding capacity, which allows us to give each pet generous attention and individualized care. Because of that, our boarding space tends to fill up quickly - especially over holidays - so reservations are required. However, if you need last minute boarding, please call and we will accommodate your situation if at all possible.
We are now taking reservations for Labor Day boarding. Please contact us as early as possible to reserve space and please be sure to review our Boarding Policies, including deposit, cancellation and refund policies.
