Forms
Forms may be picked up at our facility or printed from the web for your convenience. Once the enrollment forms have been completed and you have all shot records together, please call us at 817-276-1414 to schedule a short interview prior to your dog's first day of play. This will give us a chance to meet each other and give us time to assess your pet's personality. We will help you decide if doggie day care would be beneficial to your dog and make sure you are comfortable leaving your dog with us.

Boarding Deposit Policy
We are now taking reservations for 4th of July weekend boarding. Please be sure to review our Boarding Policies, including deposit, cancellation and refund policies.

Physical Requirements
A copy of current vaccination records must be provided for each pet prior to admission to our facility. For dogs we require DHLP-CPV and Rabies annually (or 3 yr) and Bordetella annually, though we strongly recommend Bordetella be administered every 6 months (click here for more information on this very important topic). Dog must be in good health; free from fleas, ticks and matts; and should be given a routine heartworm preventative.

Spay/Neuter Policy
All dogs over 6 months old must be spayed or neutered in order to participate in day care. We will board un-spayed/un-neutered pets, but they will not be allowed to play freely with other dogs. They will be walked and/or allowed to play in an area alone when not kenneled.

Temperament
Because dog day care requires a friendly, happy atmosphere in order to be successful, it is important that your dog be comfortable playing and socializing with other dogs. For the safety of all pets and staff, we require day care dogs to be:

Breed Restrictions
Though we agree that Pit Bulls can be great "people" dogs, they are not always great "dog" dogs. Also, we know that all dogs - small and large - can be dangerous if not properly trained and controlled, but research and experience show that Pit Bulls can have a difficult time in the stimulating environment of day care. For this reason, we do not allow purebred Pit Bull breeds into our facility and must temperament-test Pit mixes prior to stay.

In order to ensure the safety of staff and all dogs left in our care, we reserve the right to turn away any animal unsuitable for our environment.
